Dr. rion Marcus
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Rion Marcus is an Albuquerque native and a graduate of UNM where he earned a degree in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States in Portland OR. He uses many chiropractics techniques including the Palmer method and diversified.
Dr. Marcus has advanced training certificates in Active Release Technique® and Graston® soft tissue therapies, and uses Kinesio® taping protocols. He has treated elite distance runners, rock climbers, professional cyclists, Ironman triathletes, MMA and UFC fighters, and bull-riders in addition to “weekend warriors”.
His chiropractic technique considers movement and functional evaluation to address the underlying cause of disease, biomechanical dysfunction, and to improve overall physical ability and wellness. He utilizes several adjusting techniques that are safe and gentle for all!
Dr. Marcus is an avid outdoors-man, a family man, and loves the simple things in life. In his leisure time, he can be found hiking the Sandias, golfing, training his dogs, or scouting for his next outdoor adventure!
Dr. Dominic Gutierrez
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Dominic Gutierrez is a native of Albuquerque. He graduated from Saint Pius X High School then went on to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where he earned a degree in Biology and Chemistry. Even though he comes from a family of dentists, he pursued his passion for chiropractic and attended Life University School of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia.
While attending Life University, Dr. Gutierrez became certified in the Thompson technique and the Pierce Results System. He also went on a chiropractic mission trip to the Dominican Republic, where he served many underprivileged towns and villages.
As an Albuquerque native, he has a deep passion to give back and serve our community. He is very family-oriented, which is why caring for people of all ages is so important to him.
Dr. Gutierrez enjoys spending time with his family, going on hikes with his dog, golfing, and skiing. For these reasons, Albuquerque will always be home!
